We use technology to work smarter, but the creative work is ours — and yours.

Our onboarding process is designed to be thorough, efficient, and respectful of your time — so we can hit the ground running with a clear restaurant marketing strategy. After signing your proposal and completing a short onboarding form, we’ll have a Launch Meeting to align on your brand story and goals. From there, we develop a custom strategy, execute a launch shoot, and prepare your first content preview for your review. We’ll start posting two weeks after our Launch Shoot, approximately 4 weeks after our Launch Meeting.

We’ll ask that you give us a little extra time in the onboarding process — but beyond that, we’ll need at least one point of contact available to review content on a biweekly basis, one hour for a monthly standing meeting, and about two hours for a monthly content shoot.
