We’re looking for a video-first Social Media Manager who lives and breathes social media trends, and knows how to turn ideas into engaging, on-brand content. This is a hybrid creative and strategic role — you’ll plan, capture, and execute social media programs for multiple clients.

You won’t be the face of the content, but you’ll be the one behind the camera — capturing lifestyle clips, product footage, and light photography, then turning it into content that converts.

A day in the life might look like writing captions for Instagram posts, browsing our content library for the perfect Reel while you're planning social media calendars, stitching together video clips and finding the perfect track to match, photographing cheese pulls at a local pizza joint, putting together a newsletter for your favorite restaurant, or any combination of the above.

This is a fast-paced job in a high-volume restaurant marketing agency.

You'll need to be organized, proactive, and self-reliant to be successful in this role.

  • Develop and execute monthly social media strategies for assigned clients

  • Capture and edit short-form video content (Reels/TikToks)

  • Shoot light photography for social use — candid, lifestyle, and product content

  • Manage posting calendars, scheduling, captions, and engagement across client accounts

  • Stay on top of platform trends, sounds, and best practices

  • Analyze performance metrics to optimize strategy and content direction

  • Collaborate with our creative and strategy teams to ensure visual consistency and brand alignment

What You’ll Do

  • A hands-on creator comfortable shooting with a phone or mirrorless camera

  • Highly organized and able to juggle multiple clients and deadlines

  • Skilled at editing (CapCut, Premiere, or similar tools)
